Asturias Atong Hiyas

Did You Know?
Early settlers of Nagjalin(which later merged with Bagacua to form the Asturias pueblo) contributed one-peso coins (called miik) to create this big bell. The coins were sent to Iloilo for fabrication. The bell, with its old Spanish design, symbolizes the Asturianons unity and strength, and belief in God.
